Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 3, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RightMessage.app and related services (“Service”) operated by RightMessage (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
RightMessage provides tools to help you draft and manage communication messages, including optional AI-assisted generation, recipient management, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or others.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, or discriminatory purposes;
- Send spam, malware, or deceptive messages at scale;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users’ accounts;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service except as permitted by law;
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others;
- Use the output to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.
You are solely responsible for the content you send to recipients and for complying with applicable laws.
4. AI-generated content
AI outputs are suggestions only. They may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You must review and edit content before use. We do not guarantee specific results from AI features.
5. Credits, billing, and subscriptions
Paid features (such as credits or subscriptions) are described at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features. Taxes may apply based on your location.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
7. Third-party services
The Service may integrate authentication, payments, calendar, AI providers, and other third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those features.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation of the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operator of RightMessage, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply. Courts or venues may be specified by us in separate notices or contracts where required.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance as allowed by law.
